I like embark Caltrain, Caltrainme, embark Bart, San Jose transit, and 511. You can use nextbus.com for most of alameda county transit and muni too!
There is a new Caltrain app not listed here which provides realtime train updates and location information for next 3 trains.

There is another app not listed on the list: 511 transit trip planner (for android and iOS) also, google maps has planning info for VTA and Caltrain built in!

Why are there only Apps for Android. What about the other million users with App capable phones included that don’t have this OS that is being pushed down our throats with a big fee for having and using it.
