Due to a prior space commitment, our meeting was moved to Tuesday, June 30 at 6pm. We’ll be at the San Jose Peace & Justice Center, 48 S. 7th Street in San Jose. It’s a block from the San Jose State University campus, and a short walk from VTA’s 22, 522 Rapid, 63, 64, 65, 72, 73 and Highway 17 Express bus lines. It’s also 1 block from San Jose City Hall and is a 5-10 minute walk from VTA light rail at the Santa Clara station.
Agenda topics include:
- proposing future times, dates and locations for our group meetings
- an update on a proposed guest for our next meeting (VTA Board member Dave Whittum)
- an update on our work with the VTA’s “Envision Silicon Valley” group in the effort to have a transit sales tax
